Overnight Oats

A make-ahead breakfast that is delicious and will keep you full for longer!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 apple grated
  • 1/4 cup sultanas (or other dried fruit of choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together.
  • Divide the mixture in two, and store in mason jars (or bowls) overnight.
  • In the morning, enjoy your delicious breakfast! 

    I top mine with some coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit.
