A make-ahead breakfast that is delicious and will keep you full for longer!
Servings 2 people
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 apple grated
- 1/4 cup sultanas (or other dried fruit of choice)
- 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together.
Divide the mixture in two, and store in mason jars (or bowls) overnight.
In the morning, enjoy your delicious breakfast!
I top mine with some coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit.
