Just four ingredients are all that you require to make my Honey and Dijon Mustard Dressing. This easy condiment takes just minutes to prepare and will transform simple salad ingredients into a special side dish or meal.
Shake until well combined, and the dressing has emulsified.
Notes
For the best flavour, use a good quality extra virgin olive oil.
In Australia, the tablespoon is 20 ml or 4 teaspoons. In many other countries, the tablespoon is 15 ml or 3 teaspoons. Please adjust the measurement if necessary.
I prefer to season the salad, rather than the dressing. That way, I can control the amount of salt and pepper used in each dish.
