Easy Overnight Oats Recipes
Overnight Oats are one of my favourite breakfasts. They are ideal because:
- You do all the (minimal) prep the night before – in the morning you just need to add your toppings, if using, and eat!
- There are so many different flavour variations – fruit, nut butters, chocolate and more. Something for everyone.
- Likewise, you can really mix them up by using lots of delicious toppings – think stewed apples, strawberry sauce, chopped nuts, yoghurt and more.
- They make a great breakfast on the go.
- You can make them gluten-free by using the appropriate oats and dairy free and vegan by using a plant based milk.
- Make a single serve or a big batch for the whole family to enjoy.
